Wake A. Wagner |
Wake A. Wagner's practice is primarily in the areas of business law and contract litigation.
Wake has a passion for small, family and mid-sized business. Growing up in Winston-Salem, NC his parents owned and operated, and in fact still operate, a small business. As he began his education he learned a great deal as to the complexity of many issues and possible legal pitfalls of business ownership.
As he attended law school it became clear that small business needs a higher level of legal representation than they often receive. However, imperative legal representation is, the fact is that smaller business simply cannot afford the constant legal attention that large corporations benefit from. Large corporations can afford to hire an army of attorneys, both in-house and external to represent their needs. However, small business simply cannot.
Prior to founding Wagner Law in 2003 Mr. Wagner worked for a small Charlotte law firm practicing in a broad range of civil mattes including litigation, collections, commercial or business litigation including contract disputes and business torts, business formation, as well as insurance litigation and coverage issues. Upon moving to Winston-Salem Mr Wagner founded Wagner Law where he focused his practice on providing family-owned, small and mid-sized business with the legal representation they need at prices and in a manner that they can afford.
In 2014 Wagner Law merged into Chiarello & Wagner where his commitment to family-owned, small and mid-sized business continues.
Currently, Mr. Wagner represents a number of Winston-Salem area businesses and individuals in their legal matters.
